Contract guideline
I. This consumer should have at least 5 days to scrutinize the contract.
II. The business shall assure the honesty of the advertisements and the fundamental trading
information shall be public and clear. The obligation to the consumer shall not less than its
advertisements. The contract contents shall not violate the regulations of enforcement or restriction
or good social order.
III. The business should acknowledge the consumer about the rights and obligations of the contract.
IV. The business has the obligation to keep consumer’s personal information confidential.
V. The profit-pursuing business should provide the completely registered company or business
documents before contract signing.
VI. The business should have good management to fulfill the obligation when it involves international
or cross-strait marriage. While signing contract, the business shall provide Chinese version or
relevant legal information of cross-strait marriage as the contract appendix and explain its
contents for consumer to read and understand.
VII. The business is formed by membership system; the rights entitled to the members shall not less
than the non-members. The duties of the members shall not more than non-members.
VIII. When disputes happen, the concerned consumer and the business may seek remedy according
to Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law and relevant regulations.
IX. The interpretation for any doubt in contract articles should be made as advantageous to Party A
according to Subparagraph 2, Article 21, the Consumer Protection Law.
X. The concerned parties may inquiry and seek assistance from the authorized authorities in need:
1. Special line for consumer service: 1950 (direct dialing will transfer to the local county (city)
