In order to better serve our customers, we set up the second office in 1998 to provide our customers with "caring, innovative, and warm" services. The 41 villages on the west of Kai-Syuan Road are served by our main office and the 28 villages on the east of Kai-Syuan Road are serviced by the newly established office. This way, the citizens have easy access to our office.
