Telephone and letter services
I. Provide the following services by telephones and letters.
a.Inquire
about
the interrelated items of
household administration.
b.Apply
for the household certificate transcription and the household
certificate.
II.Those
who apply for the household registration can
send the relevant certificates and telephone number by telephone
or fax to the office first. After receiving them, we will
check them firstly, and if the enclosed certificates are insufficient,
we will advise the people by telephone to bring the insufficient
certificates to the Integrated Handling Desk.
5.
Go-to-township/neighborhood Service
I. Regarding
senior citizens or the disabled who cannot go to the office
personally apply for seal
registration or re-issuance of ID card, the officer will go
to their houses or hospitals personally to check and handle
the applications at noon or after getting off duty in the
afternoon.
II. In
order to help senior citizens and the disabled apply for household
registration, the people can call us or go to the office directly
to apply for the door-to-door service.
III. Mobile
assignment of staff is implemented to offer services to the
people in the township and neighborhood. Service items cover
answer to questions and doubts of household registration,
propaganda of laws and regulations, comprehending the people’s
suggestions and making reply to the person concerned.
